Terms of service

Effective July 14, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and 1 Million Little Freaks LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("we," "us"), and they govern your use of the Session Zero app and the sessionzero.love website (together, the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. Who can use Session Zero

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter this agreement, and not previously banned from the service. By creating an account you represent that all of this is true. Misrepresenting your age is grounds for immediate permanent removal.

2. Your account

You're responsible for your login credentials and for everything that happens under your account. One account per person; accounts are for personal, non-commercial use and can't be transferred or sold. Tell us immediately at support@sessionzero.love if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Community rules

Our community guidelines are part of these terms. In short: represent yourself honestly, respect consent, no harassment or hate, no content involving minors, no nudity in public-facing content, no scams or commercial solicitation, and don't share other members' private information. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.

4. Your content

You own what you post: your photos, bio, messages, and other content. By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely as needed to operate and improve the service. This license ends when your content is deleted from the service. We do not use your content to train artificial intelligence models, and we will not use your content in marketing without your separate, explicit consent.

You must have the right to everything you post. Content that infringes someone else's rights (including using someone else's photos) can be removed and may end your account.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription (Archmage) or one-time purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google through your app store account, and their payment terms apply alongside ours.

6. Safety, and what we don't promise

We do not conduct criminal background checks or identity verification on members. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members, in the app and especially in person. Use good judgment: meet in public, tell someone where you're going, and review the safety notes in our community guidelines. We make no guarantees about the conduct, identity, or intentions of any member, and no guarantee that you'll find a match, a partner, or a party.

7. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete account). We may warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms, the community guidelines, or the law, or that put other members at risk. For serious violations — especially anything involving minors, threats, or fraud — removal is immediate and permanent. If you believe we've made a mistake, you can appeal by contacting support@sessionzero.love. If your account is banned or you delete it, paid features end without refund except where the law requires one. Data handling after account closure is described in our privacy policy.

8. The service is provided "as is"

We work hard on Session Zero, but it's provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content (including compatibility scores — they're for fun and matching, not prophecy) is accurate or reliable.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1 Million Little Freaks LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, or profits, arising out of your use of the service — including the conduct of other members, whether online or offline. To the extent we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, your interactions with other members, or your breach of these terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@sessionzero.love and give us 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change is material, we'll notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

13. Everything else

These terms, the privacy policy, and the community guidelines are the entire agreement between you and us. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it. You may not assign this agreement; we may assign it in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
