Safety concerns

If someone on Session Zero made you feel unsafe, use the report option on their profile or in your conversation — reports are confidential and reviewed by a person. For urgent safety issues, contact local emergency services first, then us.

Account & data

You can delete your account any time in the app under Account → Delete account. For data requests (a copy of your data, corrections, deletion questions), see our privacy policy or email privacy@sessionzero.love.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google. Manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings; refunds follow Apple's and Google's policies.
