Report a profile

You do not need an account to use this page · last updated September 25, 2026

If you are a member, the fastest route is the report option on the profile itself or in your conversation, which reaches the same place with the profile already attached.

This page is for everyone else. If someone has put your photographs on Session Zero, built a profile pretending to be you, or shared intimate images of you without your consent, you should not have to create an account on a dating app to get it taken down. You do not.

Email abuse@sessionzero.love and we will act on it. Put one of these in the subject line so it reaches the front of the queue:

"Intimate images without consent" · "Profile created without my consent" · "Impersonation"

What to include

Send as much of this as you have. A report missing some of it is still worth sending, and we would rather hear from you with partial information than not hear from you.

Do not send us the intimate images themselves. We do not need them to act, and sending them means another copy exists somewhere you did not choose. Telling us which profile and which photograph is enough. If the images are of a person under 18, do not send them under any circumstances, and see the section below.

What we do about it

Intimate images shared without consent and profiles created without the subject's consent are both permanently banned under our community guidelines. Neither is a warning-and-see offence.

These reports are triaged ahead of everything else in our moderation queue. A person reviews every one of them. Where a report is upheld we remove the content and permanently ban the account, and the ban is recorded against the account holder's email identity so the same person cannot simply register again.

We are a very small team. We aim to acknowledge reports of this kind within one business day, and we do not close one without a human having looked at it.

Proving the photographs are of you

We will usually ask you something only the subject of a photograph would know, or for another photograph of you, so we can be confident we are acting for the right person. We ask for the least we can get away with, we do not ask for government identification for this, and anything you send for verification is deleted once the report is resolved.

If the person in the images is under 18

Do not send the images to us or to anyone else. Report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at report.cybertip.org or on 1-800-843-5678, and email us at abuse@sessionzero.love with the profile and nothing attached. We report this material to NCMEC as US law requires and we preserve the account rather than deleting it, so the evidence still exists for an investigation.

Other ways to reach us

For anything that is not urgent, support covers accounts, billing and the rest. Law enforcement should use the law enforcement guidelines. Privacy and data requests go to privacy@sessionzero.love.
